首先感謝各位家長之前寶貴的留言。綜合了大家意見關於清義哥小息的食物安排，我有這樣的想法。首先我把食物分成兩大類：「A類-飽肚」和「B類-開心」。每天為小朋友預備A+B類各一款。
這些食物相對容易製作，保存，而且方便攜帶和進食。相信只要互相配搭，應該可以頂肚餓。有見及此我製作了中/英文列表供大家參考及轉載，有需要可以WhatsApp工人姐姐。
大家記住「飽肚」不一定健康，「開心」又不一定邪惡，總值適可而止就是了。祝各位家長和學生們開學愉快！

週末愉快！
每次有機會去跨區的老字號茶餐廳，都會很貪心地一次過吃多過一款食物，今次拜訪的是新香園。去得比較頻密的日子是2014-2015年。當時還居住在美孚，每當要陪伴還在懷孕中的太太到深水埗的母嬰健康院定期檢查時都會幫襯一下。今次再去光顧回憶返晒來。
蛋牛治當然一絕，原來沙爹牛肉麵都有heart。絕非清水湯加少許啡色沙嗲醬，味道濃郁但不致洗腎，我喜歡加少許辣椒油味道更立體。有心的地方是麵上灑滿蔥花，跟楊州炒飯一樣，我覺得其實蔥才是主角。
